Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is of course apart of the awesomely popular Call of Duty series, games based on a main character who is in the army, but were always based in the past. COD4 has reinvented their game by putting us right in the action of modern day warfare, giving us advanced weaponry and armoury. The enemies are just as new, but I found playing three different players to be my favourite aspect, giving the game more depth. The player controlled Sgt. "Soap" MacTavish (SAS), Sgt. Paul Jackson (USMC) and at one point, Lt. Captain Price in the thoroughly enjoyable 'sniper mission'. I loved the landscapes of the Middle East, Russia and Azerbaijan, but in the "sniper mission" the flashback to Chernobyl was fascinating. My only problem with the game was the linearity of the game, otherwise no problems.
