Despite large chunks f sub-plot being cut, GOF is definitely my favourite movie of the series with its non-stop action, romance (R/HR!), and bereavement. In this movie we are introduced to several new characters and new forms of evil. Throughout the movie we share in Harry’s shock at being included in the Triwizard Tournament and trepidation of what is to follow.

With the help of his closest friends Ron (Rupert Grint) and Hermione (Emma Watson), Harry must preserver through the tournament tasks, in order to work out not only ‘Who’ put his name in the Goblet, but ‘Why’?

The 3 lead roles give their usual so-so performance, with the except of new comer Robert Pattinson who although only had a small part, gives a convincing performance as the very popular, Cedric Diggory, but don’t be fooled by his ‘pretty boy’ looks because this talented young actor will soon be a name to remember.
