TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Information on how to enter and giveaways forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry is open only to Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. 2. Big W Entertainment members must order a copy of any title nominated for the 2007 ARIA Awards (listed on the promotion page) to be eligible to enter. 3. Entries commence on the 1st of October 2007 and close on the 21st of October 2007. The judging will take place on the 22nd of October 2007. The successful entrant will be notified by mail, e-mail or phone call. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 4. The Promoter (Big W Entertainment) accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize values. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 5. If the winners are, under the age of 18 years, the prizes will be awarded to the winners' parent or legal guardian. 6. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoters (Big W Entertainment) may use the entrants' names, addresses and entry pieces for any promotional, marketing, publicity or commercial purposes. 7. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
