Description:
Magnum was an ideal series for the 80’s – a suave, handsome, investigator living above his means in the lush and opulent surroundings of Hawaii. Tom Selleck was selected for the role of Magnum after his appearance in The Rockford Files as the smooth talking PI Lance White. The series was created by not one but two of TV’s greats, Glen A Larson and Donald A Bellisario. The series ran for an impressive 162 episodes between December 1980 and May 1988.
