Performer of many disguises, Grant first won the hearts and minds of Australians via his band, Grant-Lee Buffalo. Since then, he has re-invented himself as a solo artist, a co-conspirator in projects like The Exile Follies Review, and his ongoing role in The Gilmore Girls. Once his solo career was established, Grant wasted no time in returning to Australia and New Zealand to prove that live he was a fabulous force to be reckoned with. His May 2002 tour promoted his most recent album, “Mobilize”, but many of the songs that he was performing hailed from the “Ladies Love Oracle” album. This album has been available until now only via the internet. Grant himself says "Recorded over the course of three days in October 1999, Ladies Love Oracle is just me in the raw, me in dark, me in the basement. Sometimes a sketch says more than a mural."
