Description:
Husband and wife team and Royal Shakespeare Company players Dame Judi Dench and Michael Williams star in a much admird comedy series from the early 1980's. She plays Laura, who is thirty seven and unmarried. He plays Mike, also single. Laura's sister, Helen, (Susan Penhaligon) is anxious to see Laura 'married off' and introduces her to Mike at a party. The relationship is awkward but they pretend they are getting along well to keep Helen happy.
