Description:
48 HOURS (1982):
A tough detective (
Nick Nolte) teams up with a petty criminal (
Eddie Murphy) who's been released from prison for two days to help catch his former cohorts. The jailbird dons an Armani suit and the unlikely duo dashes around San Francisco tracking the bad guys and trading insults. After surviving a few high-speed car chases and several shoot-outs, they overcome their mutual dislike for each other and begin to bond.
ANOTHER 48 HOURS (1990):
The boys are back! This time they're turning San Francisco upside down in search of an elusive and extremely violent drug lord, but when he brings it to the attention of the police department, they seem unwilling to help either partner locate the criminal. Reggie suspects that the department is involved with the dealer - and he's determined to find out how.
