Logging into your account

You can log into your BIGWentertainment.com.au account as soon as you arrive on the website by clicking on the LOG IN link on the top tool bar. You can also choose to log into your account when you have selected your products to purchase and click on the PAY NOW button.

Changing your details

You can only update or change details in your account when you are logged into your account. Click on My Account link on left hand side of the top tool bar. Select the options shown on the left hand side of the page appropriate to your needs.

If you want to change your delivery address after you have just placed an order, we suggest that you contact us as your order may have already been despatched.

Purchase history

You can only access this information once logged in. Select the Purchase History option shown on the left hand side of the page.

Accessing your most wanted, artist and genre watch lists

You can only access this information once logged in. Select appropriate option shown on the left hand side of the page.

**Please note that purchases made on-line can only be returned or exchanged online.

Terms and Conditions - Returns and Exchanges

Making a Return

If you want to return a product to us for refund or exchange because it is faulty or damaged, you can do so through Australia Post. Simply complete the Returns Form and put it with the returning item in an envelope, satchel or box suitable for mail or courier transport.

You may take Australia Post returns to a post office or mail them directly to the above address.

Please ensure that you enclose the Returns Form with all relevant details filled out.

Refunds

BIGWentertainment.com.au can process a refund whether you are in Australia or overseas. We will:

  • Credit your credit card
  • Or provide a gift voucher which can be redeemed on any future BIGWentertainment.com.au purchase and is valid for 12 months

The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received:

  • A damaged product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and delivery costs

Exchanges

To complete an exchange, include the name, variety and cost of the new product you require on the Returns Form. If there is a difference in the price of the products involved in the exchange, please tell us how we should refund or charge you.
