Redeeming Vouchers Online

Now that you've received a BIG W Entertainment Online Gift Voucher, you need to know how to redeem it. It's kind of like cash really, so you include the details once you're going through the checkout. Here is a step by step rundown -

1. Login or set up a new account by clicking 'New Account' on the home page
2. Choose the product(s) you wish to purchase by selecting 'Add to Cart’
3. When you are ready to make your purchase, select 'Pay Now'
4. On the Payment page, select 'Use Online Gift Voucher'
5. Enter the Voucher Code as shown.

*If the total amount is greater than the amount of the gift voucher, you can use an alternate payment method to complete the transaction

Purchasing Online Vouchers

We've created a range of Gift Vouchers that can all be redeemed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

These Online Vouchers can only be used online at BIGWentertainment.com.au. There are three BIGWentertainment.com.au Online Voucher options:

• Email - An electronic voucher - you choose the amount you wish to spend and we'll email the voucher to your recipient.
• Paper - A paper voucher - you choose the amount you wish to spend and we'll mail the voucher to your recipient.
• Print - A special voucher that you can print out at home and give in person.
