Redeeming Vouchers Online

Now that you've received a BIGWentertainment.com.au voucher, you need to know how to redeem it. It's kind of like cash really, so you include the details once you're going through the checkout.

How to Redeem Your Gift Voucher:

1. Login or set up a new account by clicking on the home page
2. Choose the product(s) you wish to purchase by selecting
3. When you are ready to make your purchase, select 'Proceed To Checkout'
4. Fill in your delivery information
5. Select your delivery method (with or without transit insurance) then click 'Continue to Payment'
6. On the Payment page, select 'Use Online Gift Voucher'
7. Enter the Voucher Code as shown.

*If the total amount is greater than the amount of the gift voucher, you can use an alternate payment method to complete the transaction.
**Please also note, a maximum of 5 Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in any one transaction.

We've created a range of Gift Vouchers that can all be redeemed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

These Online Vouchers can only be used online at BIGWentertainment.com.au. There are three BIGWentertainment.com.au Online Voucher options:

• Email - An electronic voucher - you choose the amount you wish to spend and we'll email the voucher to your recipient.
• Paper - A paper voucher - you choose the amount you wish to spend and we'll mail the voucher to your recipient.
• Print - A special voucher that you can print out at home and give in person.
